Norma Kamali accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
